Operator and acceptance
These terms govern use of oudrix.com, operated by Oudrix Lifestyle LLP, and purchases for purchases placed through our website. Placing an order requires an affirmative agreement to the displayed terms. Marketing permission is separate. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting, or act through a parent or lawful guardian.
Product information
Product pages show fragrance descriptions, pack sizes, prices and availability. Online payments are processed through Razorpay. For real products, final product size, ingredients, manufacturer/importer information, country of origin where applicable, applicable labels, price and availability must be shown accurately. Badges such as “100% Original”, “Dermatologically Tested” or certifications will be used only with supporting evidence; product illustrations do not establish certifications.
Price and order acceptance
Real checkout must show INR prices, applicable taxes, discounts and final payable total before payment. Customer delivery is free; any future charge must be disclosed before acceptance. An acknowledgement is not a guarantee of stock or dispatch. We will notify you of a material listing error or inability to fulfil an order and offer correction with your agreement or cancellation with an applicable full refund. We will not silently substitute products or change a paid price.
Accounts and fair use
Keep your account access secure and provide accurate delivery and contact information. Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or interfere with security. We may restrict abusive activity while preserving access to legitimate order support and legal remedies. Site content belongs to its respective owners; permission is required for commercial reproduction.
Payment, shipping and returns
The Payment & Partial COD, Shipping & Delivery, Cancellation and Return, Refund & Replacement policies form part of these terms. Partial COD uses a fixed ₹50 advance, not 50 percent, with the balance payable on delivery. Provider availability and payment verification apply when enabled. Estimates are not unconditional delivery guarantees.
Perfume use and honest information
Follow the final product label and store safely away from heat and flames. Avoid eyes and irritated skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Fragrance impressions and preferences vary; we do not promise a medical benefit or unverified longevity. Reviews must represent real experiences; paid or sponsored content must be identified. We do not create false urgency, hidden charges or fabricated consumer reviews.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We remain responsible for our own statutory duties and representations. Nothing here excludes remedies for defective, deficient, spurious, incorrectly described products or other legally protected claims. There is no blanket waiver of liability or compulsory exclusion of consumer forums. Events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery; we will explain the impact and available options instead of assuming every delay is excused.
Law and disputes
Indian law governs these terms. Contact support or the grievance channel to seek resolution; you may also approach the National Consumer Helpline, competent Consumer Commission, court or regulator as applicable. You do not have to waive statutory rights or accept exclusive Kotputli jurisdiction. Revised terms apply prospectively; the terms accepted for an existing order continue to govern that order, subject to applicable law.
