Oudrix — Payment & Partial COD Policy

LAST UPDATED: 13 OCTOBER 2026 · VERSION 2026-10-13

Full Cash on Delivery checkout

When enabled, the separate Cash on Delivery button opens a dedicated checkout with no advance payment, payment gateway, wallet or prepaid offer. The displayed order total is payable on delivery. Product price and stock are verified before acceptance. Order placement does not mean delivery or cash collection has occurred. Our team may confirm the order and delivery details before dispatch. Partial COD and prepaid checkout are separate options.

Available payment plans

Choose full online payment or Partial COD, subject to pincode and courier availability. Payments are processed through Razorpay. The payment form displays the amount due now and any balance due on delivery.

₹50 advance explained

Partial COD requires a fixed ₹50 advance credited against the order total, with the remaining balance payable to the authorised courier on delivery. It is not a 50 percent deposit or an additional fee. For a ₹1,299 order, ₹50 is prepaid and ₹1,249 remains on delivery. If the order total is below ₹50, the advance cannot exceed the total. Customer delivery is free and the final total is disclosed before payment.

Confirmation and secure payment

A real order is marked paid only after server-side provider verification, not a browser success screen or a screenshot alone. We do not store card numbers, CVV, payment PINs or OTPs. Enter those only on the legitimate gateway interface. Do not transfer money to an unsolicited personal account or pay a support representative an extra delivery or refund fee. Gateways may offer payment methods subject to their own availability and terms.

Failed, pending or duplicate transactions

If payment is pending, wait for provider confirmation before retrying. For a debit without confirmation or a duplicate charge, contact support with the order and transaction reference, amount and date, without card secrets. We reconcile with the provider and initiate any eligible refund. A screenshot alone does not authorise shipment; equally, a legitimate verified duplicate payment is not retained.

COD delivery and deposit refunds

Pay only the displayed remaining balance to the authorised delivery agent through their supported method. ₹50 is part of the price and is not automatically non-refundable. Eligible cancellations, seller-fault claims and verified non-delivery qualify for repayment of amounts actually paid under the relevant policies. After a delivered COD order, a refund may require a verified bank or UPI destination with your agreement. No refund requires you to share an OTP or scan a code to make a payment.

Receipts, disputes and activation

A real payment receipt and order/invoice information will identify the collected amount, remaining balance and applicable price breakdown. Your account shows payment and refund status. Refund methods and estimated timelines appear in the Returns policy. You may raise a complaint with Oudrix, the provider or competent consumer authorities. Live activation requires verified merchant accounts, tested webhooks and accurate checkout notices; this policy alone does not activate those integrations.
