Oudrix — Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

LAST UPDATED: 13 OCTOBER 2026 · VERSION 2026-10-13

Eligible issues and preference returns

Contact us if goods arrive damaged, leaking, wrong, missing, defective, spurious or materially different from the description or agreed specification. Statutory remedies also apply to qualifying late delivery, subject to applicable law. We do not ordinarily accept change-of-mind, scent-preference or accidental-selection returns of correctly supplied perfume, particularly after opening, for hygiene and tamper-safety reasons. This restriction does not apply to legitimate defect or other legally protected claims.

Report within 3 days where possible

Please report visible delivery issues within 3 days of receipt and retain the complete continuous unboxing video, showing the original sealed parcel, label and product opening without cuts. Send your order number, issue description, delivery date and clear photos to support. Do not expose unrelated personal information in evidence. Three days is our prompt reporting request, not a limitation of statutory rights. If a video is unavailable or a defect appears later, we will fairly review photos, packaging, courier records and other reasonable evidence.

Review and return collection

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. We may request relevant clarification or arrange inspection; we will explain the decision and available remedy. Keep the product, accessories and outer packaging where reasonably possible, and stop using a product with a suspected safety issue. Do not courier perfume yourself without agreed safe shipping instructions. For accepted seller-fault claims, we arrange or cover reasonable return collection; no hidden handling fee applies.

Replacement or refund

After reviewing the issue, we offer an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your rights and the nature of the claim. A replacement depends on stock and your agreement; if unavailable, we provide an applicable refund rather than requiring store credit. Where inspection or return is needed, we explain the steps and do not impose unreasonable conditions. We do not refuse a valid claim merely because the bottle was opened to discover the problem.

Refund amount and method

An eligible full-order refund covers the amount actually paid for that order; delivery is free. Before delivery, a Partial COD customer who paid only ₹50 receives that paid amount, not the unpaid balance. After COD collection, eligible refunds also cover the relevant collected balance. Online refunds go to the original payment method where supported. For cash/COD amounts, we agree a verified bank or UPI refund method with you; support never asks for an OTP, PIN or CVV. Store credit is optional, not mandatory.

Refund timing and disputes

Our live-sales service target is to initiate an approved refund within 3–5 business days after approval and any reasonably required receipt or verification. Banks or payment providers may take a further 5–10 business days; these are estimates, not a statutory waiting requirement. We share a reference when available and investigate delays. If unresolved, use the grievance channel or statutory consumer remedies; an internal decision does not prevent a legal claim.
