You can accept or decline optional analytics and marketing tracking. Shopping works with either choice.

What device storage means

Cookies are small browser values; local storage is a separate form of device storage. Both can support site functions. This notice covers oudrix.com. Necessary hosting, security and sign-in cookies may be controlled by the authentication/hosting service; exact names and lifetimes depend on that service and browser session.

Storage currently used

oudrix-cart in local storage holds product IDs, selected sizes and quantities so your bag survives reloads. oudrix-wishes holds saved product IDs. Signed-in wishlists also sync with your account. oudrix-partner stores a referral or affiliate code from a shared link for up to 30 days, so checkout can attribute an eligible order to that partner. It contains no payment or bank details. These values stay until you clear them, update them or clear website data; they are not advertising profiles. Orders can automatically register an account from the delivery mobile number without signing the browser in. Customer account sign-in uses WhatsApp OTP only. An administrator can pause new sign-ins without blocking checkout. No customer password login is offered. Server-side authentication secrets are stored as salted hashes. The necessary __Host-oudrix-customer cookie is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict, lasts up to 7 days, and is revoked on logout or password change. Delivery contact details remain unverified until WhatsApp OTP sign-in; creating an order does not verify contact ownership. OTP delivery depends on the configured WhatsApp authentication provider. Accounts are kept separate; matching contact details do not grant access to another account or its orders. Admin password login additionally sets the necessary __Host-oudrix-admin session cookie for up to 8 hours; it is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict, and is cleared at admin sign-out. With optional tracking consent, oudrix-visitor and oudrix-visit browser storage identify browser visits, and a 30-minute oudrix-visit cookie associates checkout with a visit. Our store analytics retain activity up to 90 days. Declining tracking prevents this collection. With marketing consent, Meta Pixel can use _fbp and _fbc browser identifiers for advertising measurement. Your choice is saved in oudrix-marketing-consent. Declining disables future tracking; The Manage cookie settings button on the Cookie Policy page lets you change your choice. Admin and account pages are excluded. Purchase value is the verified amount collected, including only the advance for Partial COD. No server-side Conversions API is connected.

External requests

Pages currently load fonts from Google Fonts. These network requests may reveal IP address and browser information to Google, even though no advertising pixel is installed. Ordinary hosting access/security logs may also contain technical request data. External payment or courier pages, when enabled and visited, may apply their own storage notices. Read the Privacy Policy for service-provider information.

Your controls

You can remove cart and wishlist data by clearing oudrix.com website storage in your browser, and manage or block cookies through browser settings. Clearing necessary authentication storage can sign you out; removing cart storage empties your saved bag. Optional Meta Pixel tracking starts only after you accept marketing cookies. Open the footer Cookie policy link and select Manage cookie settings to accept or decline; shopping works with either choice. We will introduce clear category controls and obtain required permission before adding optional tracking, without preselected consent.

Future changes and contact

We will update this notice before material storage changes and identify their purpose and duration. Refusing optional future tracking will not be treated as refusal to purchase. Browser privacy settings may not erase information already received by a provider; contact support for data requests. This Cookie Policy should be read with the Privacy Policy.

Prepared with reference to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 as amended and currently effective, applicable IT/privacy requirements, and phased DPDP legislation. The September 2026 e-commerce amendment commences on 1 January 2027; future provisions are not described as already effective.
